Q How do I take  Cellfood®? 
A  Adults take 8 drops in 240 ml of water or juice, 3 times per day-or during stress or physical activity. Best taken between meals (at least 15 min. before or 1 hour after). You may mix 1 day's amount in water bottle and sip throughout day. Each 30 ml bottle of Cellfood contains 90 servings of 8 drops each, or 720 drops. Some users may experience a cleansing or detoxification response. If so, half the dosage then gradually resume full dosage. Use Cellfood carefully over any surfaces and materials when undiluted, as it contains organic enzymes. Avoid eye contact; rinse with water if dropped in eyes. 

Q What Kind of Water should be used? 
A Ideally, use ionised, filtered or purified water, but Cellfood® can also be taken in tap water or juice, but NOT in hot water. 

Q For How long should I take Cellfood®? 
A Until there is more Oxygen in the air and no more minerals in the soil, or as long as experiencing high-level wellness is a priority to you and your family. 

Q What precautions should I take when handling Cellfood®?
A CELLFOOD relaxing and revitalising experience.® contains digestive enzymes which help break-down carbohydrates, including cellulous fibres, which is good. This also means, if the concentrate comes into contact with natural cellulous fibres such as cotton, silk and wool, it will begin ‘digesting’ them and making a small hole in the material. Also, because many kitchen benchtops (including Formica) are made of condensed cellulose fibres, Cellfood® concentrate may cause white marks on the surface if it is spilled and not promptly wiped off the surface. However, it will not harm healthy tissue, nor will diluted Cellfood® harm natural fibres. Secondly, because of the enhanced metabolisation of substances taken with Cellfood®, prescription drugs should be taken an hour-and-a-half or more before or after taking Cellfood®.
